A/Prof Peter Chin graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1990 and completed his urological training in 2000 before joining the University of Wollongong Graduate School of Medicine as an Honorary Fellow. Peter has published and presented many urological papers and has a commitment to clinical research programs.A/Prof Chin has special interest and expertise in:
- Urolift and green light laser surgery for benign prostatic hypertrophy
- Paediatric urology/surgery
- Laparoscopic Surgery for renal tumour
- Prostate cancer diagnosis & surgery (robotic prostatectomy, retropubic prostatectomy)
- Endoscopic surgery for stone disease
- Diagnosis and treatment of, as well as clinical trials in new advances in treatment of incontinence (e.g. ACT Balloon Device for male and female incontinence and TVT Slings for female incontinence)
- Erectile dysfunction/penile prosthesis
